It is a monthly fee for the Nexum account. The amount depends on your segment: provider organization, laboratory, or billing company. Product fees sit on top of this.

How does volume discount work?

Discount applies only to extra quantity above the included amount. Base product fees and the platform fee stay at list. Analyze and API have no volume discount.

Can I turn products on later?

Yes. Start with Collect and Edit, then add Diagnose, Analyze, Chart, or API when you need them. The estimate updates as you change the mix.

Are implementation and tax included?

No. This page is a planning estimate. Implementation, migration, tax, and third-party pass-through costs are not included unless we state them separately.
